With the elevation of Judges Joshua Mize and Keith White to the Sixth District Court of Appeal, the Ninth Judicial Nominating Commission seeks highly qualified nominees to fill the two vacancies left in the Ninth Circuit Court.

The Commission requires your application be complete for consideration and submitted by February 22, 2023 at noon. You must also be a registered voter, a member of the Florida Bar for the last five years, and reside in Orange County or Osceola County at the time of taking office.
