Every month, we celebrate a person in the Ninth Circuit whose work is vital to the operations in our courthouses. Without their efforts, we would have a far more difficult time hearing cases and maintaining our programs and services. Our Ninth’s Notable for November is Darren Marsh, a member of our circuit’s AV department. Always willing to take on multiple projects and teach others the workings of the job, Darren is a reliable and unfaltering piece of our circuit’s puzzle. His work, and that of our entire AV department, has guided our circuit through the ever-changing realm of running a courthouse through a pandemic. Congratulations, Darren!
