In accordance with these guidelines, Chief Judge Myers issued AO2021-04 today detailing the process to determine whether a case requires a case management plan and order, and, if so, which set of orders and timelines will be required. Presiding judges will issue case management orders for streamlined and general civil cases that establish deadlines for all components of the hearing.
