Judge Jordan appointed as Business Court Representative to the Business Law Section of the ABA

The Honorable John Jordan has been appointed as a Business Court Representative to the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association!

The ABA chooses two outstanding business judges for two-year terms as a representative to share their wisdom and experience with members of the Business Law Section. Judge Jordan’s term begins at the time of the Business Law Section’s Spring Meeting, March 31 - April 2, 2022.

In this position, Judge Jordan will have the unique opportunity to provide input and insight on business law developments and commercial litigation. The program also focuses on exposing younger lawyers to our judiciary in non-adversarial settings, allowing for potential mentorship between the two. Additionally, Judge Jordan will collaborate with his fellow representatives to create better communications between the ABA Judicial Division and Business Law Section.

Congratulations, Judge Jordan!
