The Ninth Circuit partners with Orange County Public Schools every year to host an art challenge that gives students an opportunity for self-expression through visual art. Our panel of judges and special guests evaluates the work of students from four different groups: K-2nd grade, 3-5th grade, middle school, and high school. The top-scoring artwork gets displayed in the Thomas S. Kirk Justice Center lobby, showcasing the creativity of Orange County Public Schools students, and transforming the space into a more family-friendly environment!
