If you are an attorney, a law office, or a court reporting company, you can make online reservations for the deposition rooms at the Orange and Osceola County Courthouses, as well as the Thomas S. Kirk Justice Center. Just click on the following link to access the booking software.

You will be asked to create an account. Once created, you will see a calendar displaying the rooms in each location. Select the location, the room, and the date you wish to reserve. Enter any pertinent information in the description block, including case number as the meeting title, room desired, time, number of attendees, and scheduler's name and phone number. Your reservation will be approved automatically if there is no scheduling conflict with the date, time, and location requested. Once approved, the room cannot be reserved by others. Please remember to cancel any reservations that you no longer need as soon as possible to make the room available for others.

PLEASE NOTE: There are two deposition rooms at the Orange County Courthouse. Suite 120.13 is located on the first floor near the base of the down escalator, and Suite 230 is located on the second floor down the north hallway past the men's restroom. There is one deposition room at the Judge Jon B. Morgan Osceola County Courthouse located in Suite 1503 in the Court Reporter’s Office.  The Thomas S.
