Change can be scary, but it can also be intriguing. That was the thought process of Judge Michael Snure when he heard of the judicial vacancies in our circuit last year. After nearly 40 years litigating cases, it was daunting to switch career paths and join the bench, but Judge Snure knew he wanted to serve his community. During his time on the Judicial Nominating Committee, he watched many lawyers become judges, and he knew it was finally time to submit his own application.
