The Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) for the Ninth Circuit seeks highly qualified nominees to fill one Circuit Court vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Eric J. Netcher to Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal.
The Commission requires candidates to submit their application for consideration to the Chair, Michael Adam Sasso at masasso@sasso-law.com by noon on October 5, 2026. Applicants must be registered to vote in Florida, a member of the Florida Bar for the last five years and reside in Orange or Osceola County at the time of appointment.
