The Ninth Circuit is proud to announce that Orange County’s Adult Drug Court—part of our Problem Solving Courts division and presided over by Judge Latimore—recently received full certification from the Office of the State Court Administrator. This is a monumental achievement, as Orange County Drug Court is one of the first courts in Florida to meet all best practice requirements and obtain full certification!
Orange County’s participation in the pilot program is a key milestone for the Problem Solving Courts division. The Adult Drug Court received a three-year certification as a result of having complied with all best practice standards.
