Congratulations to Orange County Judge Tina L. Caraballo on her appointment to the Commission on Trial Court Performance and Accountability (TCP&A).
The commission is responsible for proposing policies and procedures to make Florida’s trial courts more efficient and effective. Commission members develop programs for comprehensive management, performance measurement, and the promotion of accountability. Judge Caraballo joined the Orange County bench in 2015, and since then has been recognized for the excellence of her work multiple times, most recently receiving the 2022 Chief Justice Award for Judicial Excellence. Her input at the TCP&A holds unquestionable value and provides a unique perspective from the challenges she has faced serving as Administrative Judge for Orange County courts. She will be an excellent addition and help propel the commission toward one of its primary goals: Ensure the fair and timely resolution of all cases through proactive, effective, and consistent case management practices.
