Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed two of the Ninth's own to the new Sixth District Court of Appeal: Judges Joshua A. Mize and Keith F. White.
Judge Mize was appointed to the Ninth Circuit bench in 2021 by Governor Ron DeSantis. He has served in the Orange County domestic relations division since joining the bench. Before becoming a judge, he was owner of Mize Law, PLLC.
Judge Keith White was appointed to the Ninth Circuit bench in 2011 by Governor Charlie Crist. He has served in the Orange County civil, criminal, and domestic relations divisions. Before becoming a judge, he was the president and shareholder of Keith F. White, P.A.
